Ryan was uptight about his phone being taken away during this interview because it was conducted shortly after his father died & he was keeping in close contact with his family at all times.

Interviewer: “We had to take yours away, right?”

Ryan: “Yeah, you did…”

Interviewer: “We had to pry it from your hands.”

Ryan: “Yeah, I don’t appriciate that at all, actually.” *Shrugs*

Interviewer: “It’s alright, we’ll get it back. *Smirking.* It’s so critical that he cannot go without it, not even for the mere moments that we talk on T.V.”

Ryan: “I’m shaking from withdrawals…” *Shrugs*

*Ryan holds Brendon’s hand for reassurance.*

*Jon flips off interviewer*
